LONDON - District 30 is one of 36 member districts of the Ontario Senior
Games Association (OSGA).
London Senior Games (LSG) - now known as London 55+ Games, is comprised of a group of volunteers who work hard to promote an active lifestyle for 55+ adults through participation in a wide range of activities in the city of London. They meet once a month throughout the year and plan games that anyone 55 years or older can participate in. LSG hosts a variety of District Summer and Winter Games annually. During the even years LSG sends its gold qualifiers to the Ontario 55+ Summer Games. In the odd numbered years, participants can qualify for the Southwest Regional 55+ Games and the Ontario 55+ Winter Games. These events are a great way to engage in your community, meet new people & stay active!
